PLEXBLD

Request access to PLEXBLD.

PLEXBLD is built for project teams that need a clearer way to connect field evidence, planning information, quality observations, quantity records, and lookahead decisions.

How project data is handled

Construction project files can be large, sensitive, and contractually controlled. PLEXBLD is designed so your team can keep project data on your own computers, company servers, or approved storage environment. The online workspace manages project setup, access, review, and planning outputs, while the heavy work is handled by a local tool that your team installs in the project environment.

The local tool

The local tool connects selected project files with the PLEXBLD workspace. It can read approved project information, prepare the information needed for review, process large files close to where they are stored, and communicate selected results back to the cloud workspace. The intent is to avoid unnecessary movement of heavy project files while still giving the team a shared project view.

What normally remains with your team

  • Raw point clouds, scans, drawings, models, images, and videos unless your team approves a transfer.
  • Files controlled by project confidentiality, contract terms, or company policy.
  • Internal folders and source records that are not selected for PLEXBLD processing.

What PLEXBLD may receive

  • Account details needed to manage access.
  • Project setup information such as project name, company, role, and selected scope.
  • Processing status, review decisions, approved summaries, and selected outputs.
  • Uploaded files only when your team intentionally uploads or connects them.

Before requesting access

  • You should be authorized to use the project information you connect to PLEXBLD.
  • Your team remains responsible for professional review and project decisions.
  • The local tool should be installed only on a computer or server approved by your organization.
  • Access is granted to named users and can be removed when a user leaves the project.

Email verification and approval

During this limited-access stage, each request is reviewed before the account is enabled. The email address used in the request should be the same address used for login. After approval, the secure login will verify that email address before access is granted.
